All domestic shipments are insured for their full retail value at no additional cost to the client. Proof of the declared value is available upon request. Signature is required at delivery for all packages with a declared value exceeding $1,500.

Stock items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition with all certification documents, packaging, and tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.
Custom jewelry is crafted specifically to your design specifications and is non-returnable. However, we stand fully behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If a manufacturing defect is identified within 12 months of delivery, we will remedy the issue at no charge.
In the extremely rare event of damage or loss during shipping, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of scheduled delivery). All shipments are fully insured, and we will initiate a claim on your behalf. Do not discard any packaging materials, as they may be required for the insurance claim.
