Absolute OrLuxe ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") operates as a USA-licensed jewelry house and precious metal refinery. These terms govern your use of our website at absoluteorluxe.com, all associated services, and any purchase transactions conducted with the Company.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
All custom jewelry orders require a signed design agreement and a non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the total order value) before work commences. Custom pieces are uniquely crafted to client specifications and are therefore non-returnable once production has begun, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
All gemstones are sold with full grading documentation. Descriptions on our website and in our catalog represent our best professional assessment. We recommend independent verification for purchases above $10,000. Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Our appraisal services are provided by certified gemologists. Appraisal reports represent professional opinions of value at the time of appraisal and do not guarantee purchase prices, insurance settlements, or market values in future transactions.
Precious metal refining services are subject to separate refining agreements. Recovery rates are determined by assay results. We are not responsible for variations between estimated and actual recovery rates within industry-standard tolerances.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and other payment methods communicated during the sales process.
Payment plans and financing arrangements are subject to credit approval and separate financing agreements with our designated lending partners. The Company does not provide direct financing.
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and photography, is the exclusive property of Absolute OrLuxe or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent from the Company.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolute OrLuxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
All pieces crafted by Absolute OrLuxe carry a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in the State of your purchase or our principal place of business.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Absolute OrLuxe is principally domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website and, where possible, by email to registered clients. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
